Hotel in parts need updating however Rooms were cleaned daily, a lot of refurbishment in parts which made the resort more of a building site. Lack of restaurant cleanliness, lots of flies over food, poor food quality in italian restaurant, better choice in the grill restaurant near to the sea but very samey. Had to pay for fruit juice at breakast, also cocktails and pizza in 24hr bar which was confusing when all inclusive??? The weather was fantastic for the time of year (end of March) with a lovely beach for snorkling and hotel staff where very pleasant especially Ahmed around one of the pools. When all the refurbishment work is finished, which is expected by the end of the year, this will be a fantastic 5 star hotel, sadly it is currently a poor 3 star.

just returned 1st march 2012.fantastic from the moment we arrived.could not fault staff so friendly everywhere .found the italian restaurant alittle hectic but soon felt at home in the grill restaurant.waiters were very attentive and soon new our drinks and where we liked to sit.food very good absolutely no sign of dodgy tummies anywhere. everywhere is absolutely spotless would definately return.

Well run . Staff very attentive & helpful. The major works weren't too much of a nuisance though better communication beforehand would have been reassuring - as it is we arrived at the hotel expecting the worst when the reality was better than this.
It is a very good standard hotel with the services and amenities likewise very good. We may well return and will recommend it to family/friends.

Our main priority for choosing Reef Oasis Beach Resort was the reef as we wanted a peaceful snorkelling holiday. The music on the beach from 11 am onwards was deafening (provided by the Italian Animation Team) and we could even hear it in the sea whilst snorkelling. Very disappointing. The reef itself was wonderful but it was quite a trek to get there.

The food was very poor - very often cold - one evening we waited an hour for food in Senses Restaurant. I feel the main problem is that it is far too big to be able to offer a decent service. The staff were extremely friendly and I couldn't fault them but they were unable to offer a good service as there were too few of them.

You get hassled on the beach constantly with people selling trips, facials etc.

The dive school were wonderful and very helpful. Overall it felt like Butlins and I would not return.

Hotel is lovely and clean, rooms in senses are lovely too the only thing that lets this place down is the entertainment of an evening it is very basic the animation team do their best but it needs updating.
