Renovated in 2010, this family-friendly beach resort hotel comprises a total of 520 rooms, including 17 suites and 2 junior suites. The spacious accommodation overlooks the hotel's tropical gardens or the extensive pool. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a concierge and guest relations desk, a hotel safe (free of charge) and a hair and beauty salon. There is a bar and a restaurant and guests also have baggage service and storage, a bank and a bookshop at their disposal. They will appreciate the conference facilities and can also take advantage of the 24-hour room service and dry cleaning and laundry services. A babysitting service can be arranged on request (with 24 hours' notice) and cots for babies can also be requested. There is wireless Internet access in all public area and covered garage parking is available free of charge for resort guests.

This resort is located at the heart of the famous Naama Bay on the Sinai Peninsula. It has a private beach (some 20 metres away) and is close to world renowned scuba ping spots. The centre of Naama is around 250 metres away and it is roughly 45 minutes by car to Ras Muhammad National Park. Interesting sites in the area include Dahab (about 2 hours' drive), Nuweiba and St Catherine (just 2 hours and 40 minutes) and the Taba Heights (approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes). The hotel is about 11 km from the centre of Sharm El Sheikh. Sharm El Sheik Airport is situated near Ras Nasrani in northeast Sharm El Sheikh. It is 10 km (a 20-minute drive) from the hotel.

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a king-size or double bed with luxurious bedding, custom down duvets and cotton-rich linens and pillows. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone with voicemail, an LCD TV with over 30 satellite channels, a radio, an alarm clock, high-speed Internet access and a safe. Furthermore, a stocked minibar, an ironing set, air conditioning/heating, electrical adapters and bottled water are provided in all accommodation as standard. All rooms offer smoke detectors and fire sprinklers and electronic door locking for guests' safety and security, and all feature either a balcony or a terrace.

The resort has 3 outdoor, freshwater pools. One is by the main building at beach resort (with a children's swimming area), one is by the main building at the mountain resort and there is also one at the mountain resort. It also offers a poolside snack bar and its own private beach. The gym is free for in-house guests and it includes cardiovascular equipment and free weights. A trainer is also available on request. The resort's fitness team knows that a balanced, enjoyable and successful life requires harmony between mind, body and spirit and is main aim is to ensure that guests feel more relaxed, physically and emotionally at the end of their stay. There are numerous facilities on site to help guests relax, including a sauna and a steam room, massage treatments and aqua fit and aerobics. Water sports fans can go ping, surfing, windsurfing, banana boating, canoeing and pedal boating (all for an additional fee). It is also possible to enjoy a game of paddle tennis (charges apply) or beach volleyball. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for guests' use on the sandy/pebble beach.


There is a main restaurant serving international cuisine, with an excellent breakfast buffet, themed lunch and dinner buffet as well as an à la carte menu for dinner. The dress code requires that guests wear clothes rather than bathing suits in the restaurant.
