“ Stayed for 2 weeks 10/4/2012 - 24/04/2012 and had an amazing time.
The staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
All problems experienced were solved in 15 - 30 mins. Had no hot water on arrival, so far through the holiday the air conditioner broke and the room safe malfunctioned. As mentioned these problems were solved within 15-30 mins of reporting them. I was really impressed.
The rooms were large, airy and cleaned every day with fresh towels everyday too.
The food was fantastic with plenty to choose from for all sittings.
And the restuarant was clean, spacious and indoors
The hotel had 3 bars, 1 indoors and 2 pool side bars, one at the top (main pool) and 1 at the bottom (slightly smaller pool). Bars were well equipped and the staff were friendly.
The pools themselves were brilliant, the main pool had two waterslides that the kids loved and resembled a small lake rather than a swimming pool.
The slightly smaller one was obviously the quieter pool but was still quite large.
There was a babys paddling pool too.
All pools had plenty of sunbeds around them and plenty of tables and chairs.
Hotel also had a jaquzzi, sauna, gym, massage palour, beauty salon, chemists, night club and a couple of souvenier shops. All seemed really good however, i didn't use them so can't really comment about them.
The hotel had access to 2 private beaches, windy beach and hadaba beach.
Both beaches were very clean and well run.
Windy beach was definately geared for tourists wanting a gentle relaxing time lazing in the sun with maybe a little bit of shopping thrown in.
Hadaba beach was my favourite. Ideal for snorkelling. Quieter than Windy beach and you had to go down a cliff via stairs to get to it, maybe not that good for people with mobility difficulties. But I LOVED!!! it.
The hotel had two buses, one servicing windy beach and one servicing hadaba beach, these were free of charge and ran every half hour. The only down side of this for some people was around lunch time, there wasn't a bus between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. So if you didn't leave the beaches before 1pm you missed your lunch and had to buy something to eat, as the all inclusive does not apply on the beaches. It didn't bother me but some people were a bit disgruntled.
The hotel itself, i think, is ideally situated. About a 10 min easy walk from the centre of NAAMA BAY were there is everything you could wish for.
I had a really good time at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wishing to go. My husband and I are already making plans to go back again next year as it is really great value for money.

“ Top Tip: If your planning on doing a few excursions while your in naama bay i strongly recommend using Aqua Blue excursions. The man who runs this is absolutely brilliant. He really knows the meaning of excellent customer services, up to and including chasing after the coach that I missed, when I had slept in, to ensure that we made our trip to Petra, at 1.30 am

“ hotel was very good there was always something you could eat but food not very good for children if they like plain food . weather was very hot towel men barmen very helpfull pool was very big with 2 slides good for kids and adults . only a short way to namma bay with some great bars and shops.

“ What a fantastic hotel this was. can not praise the staff enough. Everybody waqs so friendly from the cleaners to the management. The food was very enjoyable with so much choice. It was a problem what to choose every day. The entertainment group were always busy organising activities and there was something for all ages. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well serviced. I hope to return at the end of the year. It was a good position, 5mins walk into the resort and there was a shuttle bus to and from the beach. Wonderful holiday with happy memories.....
