Nice hotel grounds. Well maintained. Rooms in the 6*** block need updating but still pleasant. Animation team were great. Not too pushy but enthusiastic enough to encourage participation. Bar staff were lovely. Food in the buffet restaurant was average. Catering for the masses. Swimming pools were excellent. All in all a good holiday for a large spectrum of traveller types.

Top Tip: If you want atmosphere (music, activities) then go to the sierra hotel. It is cheaper but naturally less luxurious than the savoy which is very quiet and lacking ambience.

Fantastic hotel based in Soho square, with the added bonus of being able to drink and eat in a variety of pubs and restaurants, which are all very good. Entertainment and variety available in Soho square nice to be able to walk around on an evening. Beach also in walking distance over in Savoy hotel, where there is also a beach bar serving drinks and snacks. The staff at the hotel are so happy and welcoming, always working hard and always welcome with a smile. We stayed mostly around the sunset bar which is adult pool and swim up bar. Most English guests stayed around here. The large main pool was quite loud and lots more entertainment. There are many choices for pools. All kept very clean with staff working hard to provide drinks. Rooms are clean and sufficient, there are a few that have been refurbished and they were lovely looking. Buffet restaurant had a variety available for all nationalities but if you didn't want to eat in there each day then you could simply walk out of the hotel to Soho square and make use of the restaurants and bar's available with the all inclusive package.

Top Tip: Make use of the all inclusive - drinks in queen Vic pub, Crystal lounge bar, and Fontana bar good food in the akuna martaka cafe chino.
Book your free 15min massage as soon as possible to make sure you get booked in as it gets booked up quick.

Reasonably satisfied with the hotel but would probably stay at the Savoy Hotel next time.

Fridge and safe in the room good but really small tv which looks like it was made 10 years ago.

Bar services were good and drinks always nice and cold, food was a bit on the bland side and we all 6 of us got upset stomach's towards the end of the week.

Rated as a 5 star hotel but stayed in some 3 star European hotels which were to the same or better standard. No free wifi in the hotel which is unacceptable for a 5* hotel i feel.

Reasonably close to the beach (10min walk, shuttle bus available). Good towel, food & beverage services at the beach which was good.
