“ I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people from the UK it is full of other nationalities and not very much choice in food for Uk people and the rooms were very in need of a refurbishment . The sheets were changed everyday and it was spotlessly clean but could do with more entertainment not just from the animation group.New year was not as good as goos as I've had in the past lacking entertainment also and we had to pay for drinks at the newyear which is a bit disgusting when you pay for an all inclusive deal

“ Good hotel for the money you pay. Food was not 5 star by any stretch but was eatable! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Popular hotel for Russians and Germans though a strong English contingent soon built up. Everyone mixed however.

Top Tip:
The shopping centre is only a ten minute walk away and was very clean and bright. Lots of shops including a Mothercare??!! The beach was great but very busy first thing so go in the afternoons (this applies to November when we went - Summer may be very different)
Change your money in Egypt as the rate is better out there and HSBC has a branch 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

I was bit dissapointed with Wi-Fi internet, as they advertise you can easily connect it from your room I was not able to connect it at all. At reception desk they always told they will fix it next day for me (never happend). I spoke with other people on the hotel and they said the same that were not able to connect to Wi-Fi.
Other thing was when I went to shop and bought some beers for my fridge the security guy told me I have to speak with the reception. They were telling me I can´t bring any drinks and any food from outside the hotel to my room. (It was my 3rd time in Egypt and this never happend before). I started to argue with them because nobody had inform me about that and I refused to give my beers to them. After like 10 minutes of arguing receptionist let me go because he agreed that there was no sign or anything telling the customers that they are not allowed to bring any food or drinks from outside.
Last thing would be the very slow service mostly by the swimming pool bar. Even the hotel was full they put just 1 "bartender" who was struggling. Bar was always out of glasses so he had to go out of the bar to collect some, then wash them and after like 15 minutes you get your drink. In restaurant they´ve been serving drinks in ultra-tiny glasses, imagine drinking beer from 8-10cl glass...

Top Tip:
I would recommend to try local restaurants as Picasso, Blue in which food was very tasty and cheap.
Try the private beach which is about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It costs 25 egyptian pounds but is worthy every penny. Hotel beach is not as nice and you can´t see many fish around.

“ Arrived and was given a nice welcome at the hotel door and shown to the reception area booked in very easy and then shown to our room the cases arrived a little later. We went straight to the bar and were asked to take a seat and the drink brought to us the staff was very friendly from when we arrived until we left.

“ all the staff were very helpful especially Mohamed in the restuarant and the chef Yasser A Elwagd who cooked my husband two poached eggs every morning. The reception staff were very helpfull and not forgetting the animation team who put on some very profesional shows.
