Verginia Sharm Hotel

“ Basic hotel which met all my needs for somewhere to sleep and have breakfast.

Was out all day and ate out at night so can't comment on daytime entertainment or facilities

“ Staff great,hotel in need of a refurb beds very hard, all inclusive not good poor choice in drinks - having said that I did have a great holiday

“ Comparaison with another 4 star hotel we went to last year (Oriental Rivoli much better):

staff: some members of the staff were not really polite and helpful, have the feeling that we are bothering them for any service asked (even small matters)

food: average, same breakfast every morning, no fresh fruit, food too salty, too oily or not cooked enough well it seems that they do not taste there food
no services at the pool, not even offering juices or water (need to go at the bar)

restaurant and reception kept in the dark, they do not turn the lights on probably to make some savings

room: room ok except the shower: curtain with mould, was supposed to be white but was brown, shower without pressure, water or too hot or too cold

“ I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people from the UK it is full of other nationalities and not very much choice in food for Uk people and the rooms were very in need of a refurbishment . The sheets were changed everyday and it was spotlessly clean but could do with more entertainment not just from the animation group.New year was not as good as goos as I've had in the past lacking entertainment also and we had to pay for drinks at the newyear which is a bit disgusting when you pay for an all inclusive deal
