British Beware!
This hotel seems to revolve around the needs of the Italian visitor. Just as you are settling down to some relaxation on the beach or by the pool the extremely loud Italian animation team starts for the day. They played their music so loud that it was nigh on impossible to have any type of conversation without shouting and reading was nearly an impossibility. On pointing this out to the staff I was informed that there was a "Relaxation Area" at the far end of the beach where the music was less obtrusive. I moved to the said Area where I agree the sound level was reduced but which was adjacent to the football pitch and childrens club. Perfect!
On a positive note, the hotel was very clean, the staff most courteous and the food was varied and to a good standard, although again, satisfying the Italian clientele.

The location was perfect right on the beach and also only thirty minutes from the airport.Staff there were first class nothing was to much trouble .The waiters in the Rhianna restaurant were brilliant especially Hamada and Moty. The food was good but sometimes it was served warm, there was not a big variety but there was also something you could eat, like meat, vegatables, salad, pasta, goulash, rice and some lovely deserts and lots of fruit.
The only down side was it catered more towards the Itailian guests, the animation team were also Itailian and did not speak English they did not even speak or involve the English guests.Adam and Anna were very helpful, they were also part of the animation team and tried their best to get the English guests involved .

The hotel was very good however i would say that it was more like a 4*+ hotel rather than a 5* there was just some little things missing to make it a 5* such as drinks being brought over to you and the covers on the bed were clean but slightly tatty.
Other than that the hotel was very clean, the pool & the grounds and beautiful and attended to every day. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The beach is lovely.
The food did get a bit repetitive towards the end of the 2 weeks and there is a definate Italian theme
“ Top Tip: Only tip would be not to go into Naama Bay during the day, its a bustling night place but is quiet during the day and so the odd tourist gets swamped from the locals wanting you to go into their shop. Totalling different experience during the night and that peice of info would have been very usefull
