“ Great Hotel with usual entertainment. Friendly staff and helpful reception. Wifi was expensive. Food was good although sometimes had to wait for plates or food to be filled up.plenty of trips offered via reps or hotel. Minimal noise from nearby airport, wasn't a problem.

“ We stayed at the sunrise island view for 11 nights and found the hotel fantastic, the staff could not be more helpful, there were plenty of sun beds for everyone, you are right next to the beach, and at the moment some of the rooms do need updating, but we were in a family room and found this totally adequate for our needs. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in sharm.

Pros:
This hotel offered a reasonable standard of accommodation (say, as a budget option) but nothing more than that. I chose it because I had used it once before, it offered a reasonably priced ALL INCLUSIVE option for 2012 and was located in my preferred location, Sharks Bay. As I was on a dive boat for 5 out of my 7 days the hotel was really just a place in which to have breakfast, eat dinner and sleep - it suited my limited purposes.
Cons:
The majority of guests this year (late March) seemed to be Russian. A minority of these were families with children and they were nice enough; sadly the majority were loud and ignorant, especially around the pool area that I used on my 'day off' diving.
Unfortunately the quality of food in the hotel buffet, the Italian restaurant and Fatima grill had declined sharply since my last visit. In addition, the standard of service was poorer and the scope of my 'all inclusive' dinner allowance was more restrictive than last year.
In 2011 I recommended this hotel; in 2012 I could not do the same again.
“ Top Tip: The Soho Square Shopping Centre is a few minutes walk away. It provides a convenient distraction for meals/coffee of an evening if you're bored with the hotel buffet.
