The hotel was very pleasant, but a little tired looking, the grounds were well kept. The rooms were ok and could not fault the daily clean.
All the staff that we came in contact with were all friendly

“ Just back from our second stay at this hotel and was as good as the first. Rooms are comfortable spacious and very clean. Wide selection of food for all.The majority of guests are british and we have met some lovely people. All the staff are very polite and efficient Shuttle bus to beach only takes 10 mins.Naama Bay full of life at night with lovely bars and restaurants if you want a change from all inclusive and very cheap Locals will approach you to look in their shop it's their job but a polite no-thankyou will do, if you get into conversation then you can expect to be hassled it's their culture. The red sea is fab for diving and snorkeling

“ We went as a family 3 generations for 2 weeks this hotel was lovely. Checkin was easy with no problems a member of staff took our cases to our rooms, the rooms were very clean and as a family group our rooms were all next to each other rather than being scattered about around the hotel, the cleaners came in every day they were very friendly and polite and many days we had lovely towel art on our beds. The pools were kept lovely and clean and there were plenty of sun loungers (no need to take towels they are provided at the pool and beach) we tended to stop around the noisy pool because we had a toddler with us we found it quite strange that the childrens pool was next to the quiet pool and if the children made any noise people scoweled at them another family actually had a soft ball taken from them because someone had complained!!! the noisy pool was fine though plenty going on supervised by the animation team volleyball, water polo, darts etc the animation team worked really hard and tried to get everyone involved without any pressure, sales reps trying to sell trips, massages, manicures etc were a bit annoying while your sunbathing both at the hotel and the beach. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble Ibraham was especially helpful and informative Ehab who worked the bar was very good as well drinks were served in very small plastic cups but having read previous reviews we took our own larger plastic cups which we had no problem getting filled. The food was very good plenty of choice although got a bit fed up by the end of the 2 weeks we actually had a mcdonalds delivered to the hotel and the meal was huge, we also attended the Egyptian night in the restaurant which was well worth the £17.50 for 5 courses. Pyramid tours situated near reception had some very reasonable tours we went diving and snorkelling with them and the divers and guides were fantastic they really looked after us especially the nervous of us snorkelling is not to be missed it was fantastic. The beach is a 5-10 mins drive away busses run every half hour up until 11.30 and then bring you back starting at 3pm but a taxi only costs £2.50 all inclusive is also available on the beach there are plenty of water activities to have a go at reps will give you price lists.
