Like a home from home. The staff were very helpful, polite and unobtrusive. The bedroom was comfortable and relaxing and the location was ideal for those who want to explore the Old Town of Tallinn.
The breakfast was excellent especially the eggs benedict, dinner was pricey but very good.
The staff in the hotel could not have been better. An excellent short break.

“ This is one of 'The Leading Hotels of the World' group and certainly quite expensive. It is a beautiful old building, beautifully decorated and well adapted to its new purpose. The staff were charming and helpful and the restaurant was superb... although very pricey ( especially the wine list! And breakfast was a bit 'nouvelle' ie small) and not quite up to speed. They had never heard of English Breakfast tea and we had to ask for extras like salt, pepper, sugar, butter and even toast. It is well located in the beautiful old town, which is why we went there. Quiet and 'select' I would not recommend it for the 'stag night' set who were on our plane and older folk might find it difficult to manage without a lift. Excellent for cigar smokers!
“ Top Tip: Tallinn is small but ideal for a weekend. Several good restaurants are within walking distance , as are many of the attractions of the old town. We recommend the sight-seeing tour bus and the National art gallery. It was very useful to have a 'Tallinn card' for public transport and museum entrances.

The staff are absolutely brilliant! Very smart, caring, courteous and extremely efficient at all times.
The hotel is superbly placed for restaurants in the Old Town.
The rooms are of course 5 star but also extemely quiet and comfortable.
Altogether a fantastic experience.

Top Tip:
The food was first class at every restaurant we tried.
Best to avoid the train service as it is very confusing and taxis in any case are very reasonable.
