“ Original room allocation was a "smoking room" (not requested) and another room could not be offered until the following day and as we are are both non smokers was not a good solution . The Hotel Manager offered to reduce our bill for that nights stay , but as I had already paid could not do this. On all other points the hotel was "great", new room good, breakfast selection excellent and very helpful and understanding staff. We would be happy to use this hotel again, and I have already passed details of this hotel to other family members who are planning to visit Helsinki.
“ Top Tip: The hotel is very well situated and all parts of the city can be accessed on foot (although an excellent bus/tram service can be used with "stops" very close to the hotel). The city of Helsinki for us was a perfect destination and we will be visiting again.
