We were satisfied with this hotel.
The room was a little on the small side and had minimal cupboard/ward robe space. We had expected that the hotel was either on the waterfront or at least had a waterside view, but that may have been our mistake (anyway it doesn't apart, from a very limited view between some buildings). The breakfast was not the greatest, but it was adequate. Breakfast times were from 7 - 10 am and unsurprisingly, as most people are on holiday, the most popular time was between 9 and 10 creating a bit of a scrum at this time period. The hotel's response was to ask people to come before 9, rather than trying to cater for their guests obvious preference.
That said, the room was clean and comfortable enough. Maid service was fine and if you needed extra towels etc they were provided. The hotel seemed to try to be obliging, when we arrived we had been put in a smoking room (having requested non-smoking), when we complained they apologised and moved us immediately.
Overall it was OK.

Very good quality hotel.
Rooms good size for 2 people with space in the fridge to put your own drinks.
The whole hotel looked very clean and well looked after.
Wide choice of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet. Staff helpful when you need more milk or coffee.
Excellent value for money, paid £70 for double room inc breakfast.
Would definitely use the hotel again.

Strongly recommend buying a 2 day pass for public transport €10.50.
Hotel about 2-3 minute walk from tram stop 3T and 4.

“ Excellent public spaces, excellent buffet breakfast, spacious and confortable bedroom. A comfortable 5-10 minute walk from the craft market, the harbour, the cathedrals and city centre. Our only criticism would be the traffic noise - as the hotel is very near the ferry terminal, heavy vehicles dismbark from the ferries early in the morning and mid morning.

“ very nice and very clen and tidy, more suitable for buisness people rather than young people and families. wasnt far from city centre and was right on the harbour which was nice. staff were helpfull and friendly. overall very happy with our stay.
“ Top Tip: right near our hotl was the harbour and from here you could get a boat across to suomenlinna which is an island about 15 minutes away from helsinki. it used to be a war fortress years ago and is a beautiful place with lots to discover. also not far from our hotel was a restraunt/cafe which has awesome coffe and fantastic food.
