Stayed mid May 2012.
Hotel is on the main shopping street/area of Nice and only 5 min walk to the main Railway station and pick up point by bus for a lot of areas.
15 minute walk to main square and top of old town where there are a lot of open air restaurants
Hotel clean and tidy, staff speak English very well and are very helpful.
Our room was on top floor and was quite hot by day and night and at this time of year there was no air conditioning on. Being at front of hotel if the window was open there was a lot of street noise from trams running straight passed the front of the hotel
Basic buffet breakfast was adequate and enough to find to suit most tastes
“ Top Tip: A few nice little places to eat in side streets at back of hotel, chineese, pitza and indian without having to go right into the restaurant areas

“ Staff very friendly and helpful with advice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast menu adequate. Would recommend the hotel.
“ Top Tip: In the port are, Restaurant La Tartane is a bit different from the 'chain' pizza places and well worth the effort of a visit. Also restaurant Baie Amalfi is a great place for the taste of Italy.

“ We stayed here for 3 night and it was good enough for 3 star hotel, room small but clean , breakfast was very good for 3 star French hotel and peaceful time. Staff very friendly.
“ Top Tip: We walked to beach everyday which have to pass the old town and and it was nice, it's middle of shopping area like being in middle of Oxford st.
