The hotel is located In the heart of the beautiful city of Annecy and a few minutes from the shores of the lake. This is a modern buildingThere is also a bar and lounge area with a pool table, and a playground for children. Ironing facilities and a selection of board games are available at the reception upon request. Clean, comfortable large bed, affordable, easy access from motorway, free wifi, free parking.

“ Good clean hotel and comfortable room. It's on the outskirts of Annecy making it easy to get to but its not too much of a walk into the town centre and waterfront (15 minutes). The reception staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly.
