“ The hotel was near to the rail station Gare du Nord, and also near to the merto. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast was all right. Definitely I will be back. I enjoyed it.

The Timhotel Nation offers excellent value for money and is ideally located near Place de la Nation, just 50 metres from the nearest Metro station. Not far away from the hotel is the promenade plantée, a raised walkway that leads to the Bastille planted with trees and flowers on top and with artists' and craftsmen's galleries and shops under the arcades. The 50 quiet rooms offer free wifi access, tea and coffee making facilities, and the hotel also offers a patio, terrace and veranda.
“ Good if you want to have an easy access to the Metro. Room was small but clean - the bathroom was in need of refurbishment and I really don't trust places like that that don't have tiles on the floor.

The Holiday Inn Paris La Villette is a hotel of modern design located opposite the museums of music, science and industry and La Grande Halle (theatre and convention hall) and within direct reach of the main historical monuments, cultural and shopping areas of Paris by metro. The hotel has 182 air conditioned bedrooms with many facilities including a TV with in-house movies, minibar, safe, hairdryer and telephone. The hotel also offers a restaurant and a mini gym.
“ The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff are all polite, helpful and speak English very well. Although there was 1 woman on reception who we found to be very rude. The hotel restaurant is closed and as been for some time breakfast is served on the 10th floor and the wait for the lift in a morning is ridiculous.

“ The room was clean and breakfast was good, plenty of bread, jams and cheeses and you could help yourself to more. The room only had two towels (one bath and one hand towel).

Located close to the Gare du Nord, the beautiful Bassin de la Villette and the Canal Saint Martin, the 2 star Buttes Chaumont hotel is the place to stay for those on a budget and who would prefer to spend their money shopping, visiting and enjoying everything Paris has to offer. Rooms are basic and yet comfortable with television and telephone. All the main sights are easily reached by public transport. Guests should note that the hotel reception is on the first floor accessible via a staircase. A lift to the rooms is situated near the reception area.
“ Was disappointed when we reached to the hotel, the check in time was at 2pm so they didnt let us check in. When we came back after few hours they took us to another hotel without any explanation. The room in the other hotel was poor and felt uncomfortable.
