The room was clean and breakfast was good, plenty of bread, jams and cheeses and you could help yourself to more.

The room only had two towels (one bath and one hand towel). I rang down to ask for two more as there were two of us staying for three nights, and for an extra glass for the bathroom, she said she would ring back(she spoke perfect English), she never rang back so I had to ring again and got the night officer who didn't speak much English and gave us reluctantly more towels, but only after asking me why I wanted more! The extra glass never materialised.

The cleaners kept cleaning early evening which was really inconvieient as both nights we wanted showers, ready to go out for our meals, so we had to wait until they had finished before we could have shower, we asked them to come back half an hour later when we had finished but they didn't understand and insisted on staying. We were out all day from 9am-5pmwhy did they have to clean at 5pm?

What you pay is what you get. The room was on the small side but fine for the two of us. Disappointed there were no tea making facilities in the room but there was one in the dining area. Room was cleaned every day and bedding and towels were changed daily. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Top Tip: Fifteen minute walk and you arrive at the Sacre Coure. We arrived at midday and the nuns were singing, this made our visit so much more special.

Lots of beggars and gangs wanting you to buy their goods, please walk on and just say "no" or ignore.

Check-in date:

The hotel was well located, very close to the Gare du Nord station, shops and restaurants. The room was small, but well fitted and clean. Even though my room was right on the corner, it was quiet. Breakfast was good value for money, particularly as most hotels charge extra. I would happily recommend this hotel as good value for money and as a woman staying on my own, I felt very comfortable there and will stay there again.

Top Tip: Hunting for wedding clothes? You are right on top of an excellent shopping area for both men and women at very affordable prices.

The hotel is located very near to the Paris Gare du Nord Station. Hotel staffs are very much friendly and english speaking also. But the only trouble is the lift which is very narrow and not suitable for more than 2 people and with luggage. The carpets in the room are also old. Otherwise everything is OK.

Top Tip: The Sacre Coeur is within walking distance from the hotel. On way to the Sacre Coeur, there is a Indian Subcontinental hotel named Himalaya which offers some special dishes. Any one looking for curry can visit the hotel.
