Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Public areas of the hotel were nice and the breakfast was very good.
The family room which we had was spacious and comfortable, however it was dated and in need of refurbishment.
Overall we had a good stay but do not believe that this is currently a four star hotel.

Top Tip: Just a couple of side streets away was a take away pizza shop which cooked fresh pizzas while you wait. Delicious.
Avoid the downstairs bar/restaurant on the corner next to the hotel as it was expensive and the food very poor.

The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff are all polite, helpful and speak English very well. Although there was 1 woman on reception who we found to be very rude. The hotel restaurant is closed and as been for some time breakfast is served on the 10th floor and the wait for the lift in a morning is ridiculous. The bathroom was clean to a fashion but not to a high standard there was a smell from the toilet area. We was traveling as a family and was ment to have a double room with an extra bed. When we was checking in i saw that it said a twin room so i questioned it they assured me that the was 2 double beds in the room. But they weren't double beds i would say they were 3 1/4 beds. Weren't big enough for 3 of us. BEWARE everything in this hotel as addition charges. The service in the breakfast room is very poor you are asked your room number when you go in and told were to sit but you are not told of the procedure. Like its self service. All the staff are polite but you do feel like they are watching you to see how much you are eating. The quality of the food was poor there was no toast available the first morning and the jam was like Jelly. The second morning the toast was rock solid i neally broke my teeth on it the cereal was taste less and you had to cut your own bread. the choice for hot food was poor there wasn't a choice really just sausage scrambled egg and beans that was it and it wasn't that warm. All the tea was flavoured. There was fresh fruit and cold meats and croissants available too. Although the hotel is rated 4* it is not it is really of 3* quality. I have stayed in plenty of Holiday inn's in the UK of a far bet standard then this. The Hotel Manager is never available for you to speak to. The corridors are very noise as you can hear all the people in there rooms talking. The maids in the morning don't knock they just come in this happen twice while i was in my room and no apologies.

Top Tip: France/ Paris is very Expensive both inside the hotels and outside. about 2 streets down from the hotel is a little supermarket were the food and drink is reasonably price i suggest buying from here. There is no parking anywere so we travelled around by Metro. (there is 1 right outside the hotel) the metro was fine as i was travelling with my family but i would not travel alone on the metro i did at times feel unsafe on there and a lot of gangs crowd the exits to some metro stations. There is also a lot of begging on the metro. The metro is very cheap.

If you are looking for a gud restaurant reasonably prices there is 1 just a few metro stops away in a place called porte de versailles line 12 on the metro it's a iranian restarant called Khaneh its on rue de la Croix Nivert st the guy as reasonable english and is very very friendly the food is of gud quality very clean restarant definetly a place to eat .

Reception was friendly and efficient. Room was reasonably clean and quiet. Restaurant staff (breakfast) unfriendly, unable to speak english and very inefficient.

Top Tip: Great location i.e. Metro closeby, science & music museums opposite.
