“ Ever so comfortable beds, the staff were so helpful, it appeared that nothing was going to be too much trouble. Their English was better than mine ( thankfully ) the only thing that could improve the hotel would be to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.8.8 Excellent

“ Cannot speak highly enough of Hotel Plaza Tour Eiffel! Great staff, amazing room and the best location. Cleanest and comfiest hotel I have ever been to.
“ Top Tip: A MUST - Sgabetti Italian restaurant about a 1 min walk away!

“ The hotel is in an excellent location for the Eiffel Tower about 5-10 minutes walk away, near restaurants & the Trocadero Metro Station. The staff were very friendly & went out of their way to make our 40th wedding anniversary a memorable occasion. We would have liked tea making facilities in the room but were able to have it delivered by Room Service. The buffet breakfast had an excellant choice & kept us going for much of the day! We will definitely go back to this hotel if we return to Paris.
“ Top Tip: Great place to stay to be near the Eiffel Tower & Champs Elysee, a good variety of restaurants & to catch the Paris Tour Buses.

“ Top Tip: The Eiffel Tower was less than 10 minutes walk away, go there at night on the hour, and see the incredible sight of the tower sparkling.

Location - Excellent. Close to the Trocadero Metro, bus routes, and easy walking to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Located in quiet area, so easy to get to sleep.
Staff - Great. Extremely friendly and helpful. Totally unexpected, and most welcome.
Food - Only had breakfast there, which was included in the price. Typical continental breakfast, although there was scrambled egg and small sausages. However, there was more than enough food to keep you going.
Room - Lovely room, with a king size bed. Only slightly flaws with room... Small piece of paint on wall (high up) flaking off); wash-hand basin slightly too large (can bump into it when entering bathroom; bath is narrow (could have been wider, if basin had been smaller). Unfortunately, no tea/coffee making facilities.
As our return flight was late in the day, we were pleasantly surprised that our cases could be left in a secure room after we had checked out, which allowed us to continue our visit around Paris, without pulling our cases along with us.
The main point is...would I go there again if visiting Paris again ? Yes. Would I recommend it to anyone else ? Yes.

Good hotel. Clean and quiet and very pleasant and helpful staff.
Just two issues with the hotel.
The breakfast was okay and adequate but extremely overpriced at 22 Euros. It was just a continental breakfast + scrambled egg and either tiny sausage or bacon.
And secondly, there were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and it was 5 Euros for one tea at the reception.
The bread and cake shop right beside the hotel is excellent and they do take-away hot drinks for 2.50 euros each.
L'Open buses (green) and BatoBus are great for getting around the main sights. " 2 day tickets are only slightly more than 1 day.
If Eiffel Tower queues are too long consider the Montparnasse Tower. Nothing to look at itself but the best views in the city and the queues are much shorter.
