“There were too many companies involved in our booking which meant that although you correctly specified our requirements we ended up with a hotel booking for the day after that which we required. Fortunately your staff were able to sort out the problem so that the hotel could be paid. I do not understand why you were not draling with the Hotel directly and therefore I will not use you again.

“The Bristol, where I have stayed twice before, is quite excelent. It is ideally situated, the rooms are well furnished and very clean, the breakfast is extremely good, and staff could not be more helpful. If I have the chance to return to Avignon, I would undoubtedly stay again at the Bristol.
“Top Tip:
The Taverne de Maitre Kanter, just up the road frpm the hotel, is good for an evening meal - and not too expensive.
