Set on the west coast of the Isle of Wight overlooking the white cliffs that tumble down into the English Channel this Country House designated non-smoking is within yards of some of the finest walking on the island. Many of the 49 bedrooms have wonderful sea views with others overlooking the gardens and downs (Tennyson Down). The bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the bedrooms.Guests can relax in the three lounges and barcoffee lounge or in the heated outdoor swimming pool open from Easter to September inclusive. The barcoffee lounge also has a outdoor patio area. In the grounds there is a children's playground while adults can enjoy putting croquet badminton and tennis. Steps from the gardens lead directly down to the beach. Accommodation through Late Rooms is on a BandB basis. A choice of full English or continental breakfast is offered.
