The central location of the hotel is perfect for sight seeing - the Reichstag, Brandenburger Tor and Kulturforum are all within walking distance. Potsdamer Platz is the focal point of all means of public transport.
Hotel room was spacious and clean. Staff of the hotel were friendly and pleasantly efficient. Quality of food served at breakfast and dinner (we had the half-board option) was very good.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

“ This hotel is set in a new developed area of the old East Berlin, within easy reach of Berlin's excellent public transport, in fact the metro runs through the hotel. Or a 3 minute walk to Potersdam Platz Station. In front of the hotel is grassed area, were people sat in the sun and behond there is an array of restaurants, bars, shops and other entertainment. The hotel is within easy walking (15 minutes) of Checkpoint Charlie to the right and to the left is the Brandenburg Gate.
“ Top Tip: Get a travel pass to cover areas A & B this can be used on both the buses and trains. Get a transport map, a bit likr the Lodon underground, it's easy to use. When you arrive at the airport get a single ticket to cover A, B & C and this ticket gives you 2 hours to get into the centre of Berlin, more than enough time. You can get your tickets at machines in all the stations and you can select English on the machine.

“ Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff, plenty of choice for breakfast, rooms are fabulous, we had a room at the back of the hotel, they are the ones with the balconies for smokers, the rooms at the front do not have a balcony but have a better view. Hotel is in an ideal position, just a short stroll to main centre.
