“ Lovely, quiet hotel right by the river. Central Berlin is a 20 minute walk away.

“ Top Tip: Try the Pauliner Tavern just up from the hotel for a great deal on a German meal.

“ The hotel was very clean and functional. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent. I could not fault this hotel. Literally a 5 minute walk to the train station. I would be tempted to stay here again next time I venture out to Berlin.

“ Top Tip: A great way to burn some calories is to either run or walk along the canal.

“ really loved the hotel breakfast great staff very nice overall we had a great time

“ The hotel is well appointed there is a small but adequate gym, also a good sauna. Breakfast is also good, waiting staff were friendly as were reception staff. One drawback to the rooms no tea/coffee facilities. When you arrive there are two bottles of water and a small bottle of wine read the small print they are part of the mini bar. To get to the hotel get an ABC ticket at the airport station 3 euros platform 6 get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof(central Statio) and get an S7 /S75 train to Bellvue 1 stop. Come out of the station walk across the bridge tur left along the river hotel about 100yards from the station about 5/10 mins walk.

“ Top Tip: From Bellvue station the S Bahn is only a couple of stops in either direction to good restaurants and bars, 2 Stops to Zoological Gardens/ Kurfurdesdam/ 2 stops to Fredrichstrasse/ 3 to AlexanderPlatz. From the hotel it is a short and very pleasent walk along the river to the Reichstag/Brandenburg Gate/Under den Linden. All in all Berlin a great city for a short break.
