This charming family-run property consists of 5 spacious studios that enjoy some great sea views and include all the amenities you would need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, with self-catering facilities, private bathrooms and as an added bonus there is a popular family taverna just moments away where you can enjoy some authentic Greek dishes.

Set within 7,000 m2 of a lush private olive grove, the cosy apartment hotel Katia Beach is conveniently situated close to the charming village of Kassiopi on the northeast coast of the island of Crete. It is only a stone's throw away from a pebble beach, facing the coastline and the high mountains of Albania. The nearest supermarket is about 100 metres away; Kassiopi with its picturesque sheltered harbour and numerous waterfront bars, restaurants, cosy taverns and shops can be reached within a short stroll.
“ Alex and Joanna were amazing, they were so friendly and welcoming; nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The apartments are very clean and so are the communal areas like the pool and restaurant. Would definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

“ Had a very enjoyable stay at The Phillippos. Staff friendly & very helpful. Appartment basic but very clean. Comfy bed was a real bonus as I was led to believe beds are usually very hard in Corfu. Pool & Bar area excellent. Food at Bar reasonably priced & delicious. Short walk to shops, restaurants & harbour. I hope to return again next year.

The apartments at Dimitrios are very spacious and comfortable and they are surrounded by the complex’s well-maintained gardens. The Ariti apartments are situated in the beautiful village of Kassiopi which is situated about 22 miles from Corfu Town. Kassiopi shares the same northern coastline as Sidari, Roda and Acharavi. Visitors to the Greek island of Corfu often return year after year and it is easy to see why because of its location, climate, beautiful scenery and the welcome you will receive from the local people leaving you an everlasting impression. The Ariti Apartments are located in a well-presented garden and it is situated in an excellent position to fully enjoy all the resort's amenities. The beach is approximately 200 metres away and a vast selection of shops, bars and restaurants are just steps from the premises. Kassiopi city centre is located just 300 meters from the apartments and the harbour is at 700 meters away.

Complex of Apartments located in the northern part of Corfú, in the picturesque and quiet Village of Kassiopi. The Phillipos Apartments is a complex situated amidst of an olive grove in Kassiopi Village. The nearest beach is 1,6 km. away and the resort centre with its restaurants, café and supermarkets, 500 m. distance. The facilities and services include: reception with safe and money exchange, sitting area with TV, mini market and souvenir shop. The complex also has a large outdoor pool with a children´s section, surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and sun shades, and a snack bar. The hotel consist of 230 self-catered rooms, all equipped with telephone, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and balcony.
“ Phillipos Apts are clean and well run and in a great location ,just off the main strip so no noise at night but only 5 mins from all the bars and restaurants and only 10 mins from the pretty harbour. They are only 2 star but the friendly maids keep the room clean and towels changed every other day.
