The Lord Complex is family run and with a family atmosphere, boasts of being one of the most popular self catering studios & apartments on Corfu. Situated in St. George South and with close proximity to the stunning 4km long sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants, it is an ideal retreat to enjoy a lovely holiday. Surrounded by beautiful mature gardens the complex is ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet yet within a short distance from all the resort amenities. The Lord Complex will be kind to your budget and offers good quality family time in the sun.


Local Tips: Although the Lord Complex doesn't have a formal reception, Roula the owner, lives on site and is on hand at all times.

The Lord Complex offers traditional family facilities, games and activities.


Food, drink and entertainment: Snack bar, a bar and a BBQ.

Sports, games and activities: Swimming pool, pool table, and TV.

For the kids: Children's swimming pool and a playground.

Additional: Reception and house-keeping, safety deposit boxes (at a charge), in-house car rental services, free WiFi  and currency exchange.

Room Facilities:

Each guest apartment: Studio, 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom Apartment, is comfortably furnished and well equipped with TV, air-conditioning (local charge), bathroom, a large kitchenette with all you need for a self catering holiday and garden views.

“ On arrival the owner was very nice and the pool and garden looked clean. However upon entering the room it smelt disgusting, Light fittings were hanging with exposed wires. the bed linen was clean however the rest of the apartment was dirty, door handles and light switches were filthy. The toilet and bathroom fittings were not clean.Even with the door open the smell would not go. We stayed one night before moving to different accomodation.

“ We stayed in a studio that slept two, although it was basic it was clean. Beds were extremely uncomfortable (extra pillows would have helped). bathroom was ok. The gardens, pool area and bar were well maintained.
The staff were very friendly and approachable. We received a warm welcome from the lady who runs the place (Roula) when we arrived.
Food (snacks) were tasty and reasonably priced as were the drinks.
Ten minute stroll to the beautiful sandy beach. Restaurants close by serving Greek food as well as typical continental food.
Probably not suitable for young families as kitchen is very basic and preparing food would be difficult.
Overall we enjoyed this holiday and would recommend it.

“ Top Tip: Seagulls restaurant overlooking the ocean. Served traditional Greek food as well as European. Reasonably priced, lovely service.
Local bus to Corfu Town for shopping, the town is steeped in culture.

“ Rula is a fine hostess.nothing to much trouble.room typical greek but adequate.plenty of tavernas close to hand but majority are fair walking distance.having said that when you get there visit Markis for great food,at reasonable prices.

“ Top Tip: Xl restaurant opposite super market at end of road.has free wi fi and sun beds on the beach below.beach sandy and suitable for children.
