“ had read a lot of bad reviews before we went but was quite suprised when we got there it was better than expected.. We got a drink on arrival that was midnight.. the first room had a double bed we had asked for a twin but we got moved straight away.. out room was looking onto the pool at the same level which was nice... I found the food ok apart from the soup it was tasteless.. the rooms were clean and ok. One issue with the room was the aircom got switched of the day after we arrived and we struggled with the heat in the room as it was still very hot they said it was because of the end off season.. A couple of other things where for 3 nights a load of bulgarians where staying which made the hotel overbooked meal times and finding somwhere to sit on a night was a nightmare when thay were here.. The staff were very nice apart from one waitress in restaurant and a barman more so during the 3 day busy time.. We did get told off for laughing after 12.30am one night as others complain a couple off nights later we got asked to move inside because we were talking this was just after 12 as it would upset the guests this was my main upset as we were not that loud. So to sum it up it was a pleasant stay apart from the extra guests and air con
“ Top Tip: the beach is a five min walk if u go down the hill from the hotel turn left cross the road go down the track followthe beach to ur about halve way there is sunbeds, a swimming pool, changing area, toilets, resteraurant, bar, u hire the sun lounger for the day 3 euros and u get use of the above,, Very nice pool very good, food very good, very nice staff

“ Very good. Good price. The food was excellent. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately for fully inclusive the drinks was a bit watered down. On fully inclusive you are not entitled to all drinks, some are payable.
“ Top Tip: There is a beach close by, but you really need to hire a car if you like to see the island properly. There are several beaches, absolutely beautiful.

“ THE FOOD WAS ALWAYS THE SAME, BORING AND BLAND. THE INTERIOR DECO, WAS VERY DATED AND DARK AND FIXTURES AND FITTINGS WERE BROKEN, EG,SHOWER WAS BROKEN AND DOOR TO OUTSIDE SPACE WOULD NOT OPEN.STAFF WERE VERY UNHELPFUL , I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DOOR ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BUT NOBODY CAME TO FIX IT THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. I THINK THE HOTEL SHOULD BE RATED A 2/3 STAR.
“ Top Tip: THE VIEWS WERE NICE SHAME ABOUT HOTEL

“ Hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. While the public areas were at one time very grand, the dining room / bar chairs we found to be very uncomfortable due to a short seat. The bedrooms had some of the most basic furniture that we have encountered but having said that the mattresses we found to be very comfortable. The hotel is kept very clean and the woodwork is beautiful and well cared for. Food could have been much better, breakfast, starter and dessert courses were adequate but the main course at lunch and dinner fell short of our expectations. The snacks at the pool bar were almost non existant and not even worth a mention. Drinks - beer was OK but wine and spirits were local and not what you would call quality, the all inclusive bar closes at 23.00 but you can carry on drinking until 01.00 by paying inflated prices. We found a local restaurant (The Bamboo) where we ate a few times to break the monotony - quality was a world of difference from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Swimming pool was great for swimming but I fear that should the hotel be fully booked then there wouldn't be enough sunbeds to go around.
“ Top Tip: The Bamboo had good food / wine at reasonable prices. Try the bolognese and tuna pizza. Eric's Bar also looked good although we just stuck with The Bamboo.
