The hotel seemed very pleasant with rooms arranged around an attractive pool. Unfortunately we were allocated a room a long way away from the pool, cramped and airless with noise from the street/bars below. My husband and i ended up sleeping on the floor in our childre's room to get away from the noise and heat and the children were miserable to have no near-by access to any outdoor space and being so far from the pool.
I requested a room change but was told that all the rooms in more suitable surroundings were full-clearly not true.
