“ You couldn't get any nearer to the beach than this place and the hotel is fantastic. Perfect surroundings and perfect position to get to the secluded beach past the cafe at the salt plains. Although they do tend to have the booze cruise round in the bay during the week but it is a lovely spot

“ I went in late October bookin three rooms. All the rooms were very good whether with a sea view or Garden View and were cleaned daily. The hotel environment was green and spacious, maybe because of the time of year.

“ Well deserved 4 star hotel. Even though we were there right at the end of the season, the rooms were immaculate and the staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms we had were in the main part of the hotel, with beautiful views over the elounda bay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants

“ Welcoming friendly and efficient we had a very enjoyable 4 days The hotel is clean well run has enough of the right facilities and has an extremely well run restaurant with excellent food, we would not hesitate to go again. Some rooms are a steep walk from the public area but we are sure the hotel would do all it could to minimize any problems. Location is exceptional.

“ We had a 1 bedroom self-catered room with view on the sea. The kitchen/livingroom area had a bed which could sleep an extra 2. We are a family with a 1 and 4 year old. The Apartments are about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town.

“ This was a lovely hotel with delightful staff. The only downside was that the first rooms we were given did not have a sea-view, which we had paid for. It was soon remedied, though, and we realised afterwards that the hotel was probably worried about us being disturbed by the large group of conference members who were already in situ.
