“ Lovely location - only 20 minutes drive from airport - quiet and near enough to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Quite near bus stop so easy to access Heraklion and nearby resorts by local transport. Pebble beach across the road but sandy cove just 5 minutes walk away.

This beach hotel has a 24-hour reception desk, an indoor bar, a lounge with satellite TV, fireplace, mini-market, as well as a conference room capable of accommodating up to 50 persons. There is a large lawn area, as well as both a kids' club and a children's playground offering safe haven at playtime for younger guests. The hotel has 170 rooms in total. All rooms in the main building were renovated over winter 2006/2007. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, a safe, cloakroom, currency exchange facility and lift access. Dining facilities also feature. Internet access is offered (subject to fees).
“ Amazing hotel, the staff there were polite and very helpful. We arrived around midnight and they had a meal put aside for us because we'd missed dinner. I fully recommend being All Inclusive, the food was so varied and delicious! Thursday was a special Greek night in the restaurant and the carved fruit was incredible.

“ Third time at the Ourania 2009, 2010 and 2012 and loved it just as much as before. Clean, comfortable and not too big. Kostas, Bob and Elle were always available to help with anything they could. Lovely place, lovely people and good company with fellow guests, many of whom are also repeat customers.
