The village of Skalotis is 1 km to the east and Fragkokastello is 3 km to the west, with taverns and mini markets. There are fantastic mountains views and many secluded sandy beaches and coves in the immediate vicinity, ideal for fishing, diving and snorkelling. 13 kms further west is Hora Sfakion and Chania airport is 66 km from the property. The facilities and services include reception and a tavern. There is a large garden to the front of the property with trees, shrubs, umbrellas and chairs, as well as a children´s playground. The sandy beach is just past the end of the garden. The complex consists of 9 semi detached chalets and all are equipped with one bedroom with twin beds, sitting room with sofa bed (sleeping 2 persons), kitchenette with mini fridge and private balcony. All units also have A/C (with extra charge) and TV. **Air conditioning is working from June to September with extra charge.** **Accommodation of 3rd and 4th person on sofa bed in living area.** The property also features parking facilities.
