Piskopiano Village is a traditional village set on a hillside and surrounded by beautiful gardens, under the mountains, with views out to sea. Piskopiano Village overlooks Hersonissos Bay with all its historic features and charm. Built on the slope of the “Harakas” Mountain and is one of the oldest settlements in the region. There are 47 rooms in total (2, 3 or 4 bedded rooms) and all have a balcony boasting views of the sea, pool, garden or the mountains. For guests that want to relax and enjoy the finer things in life with Cretan hospitality then this is the place for you! Due to the hillside location of this property it is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.
Getting to the hotel: Piskopiano Village is 24 km from Heraklion Airport (HER).
Local tips: Just 1 km down the hill lies the Port of Hersonissos, where the tourist life of Crete begins. Here you will find beautiful beaches, water sports, organised fun and exciting nightlife. There are many bars, restaurants, taverns and shops within close proximity which will meet all your expectations. We also recommend you visit the town of Malia which is 5 km away which offers more bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

“ Great location in lovely village setting! Apartment quite dark - slept late every day - not a problem! Exceptional service from daniella (super girl) she was so so helpful and always smiling! Will definitely go back to piskopiano village apartments.
“ Top Tip: Hired quad bike from moto xp just along from the hotel - great price and really made our holiday getting around the island. Staff here really helpful in recommending places to visit - lasithi plateau - fantastic trip & great fun on quad. Views spectacular from there and we'll worth visit.

“ This is the second time we have stayed here and cannot fault it. It is typically greek with very helpful staff particularly the owner. It has two pools and a small pool bar which are spotless. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels every other day and has a small kitchen although we ate out every day so did not use this. The apartments are just a five minute walk into Koutouloufari and about fifteen minutes into Old Hersonnisos. Would recommend these apartments to all ages and will definitely go back!
“ Top Tip: Kostas taverna is our favourite in Piskopiano - it is near the church and offers local greek dishes at very cheap prices. Davids is also very cheap offering small plates of greek food - the greeks eat here so be prepared to queue but it is worth it. Hersonissos itself is about fifteen minutes walk downhill and a taxi back up is around 7 euros - well worth it as it is a steep walk.
