“ We were very disappointed that on arrival we had no way of accesssing the appartments for 1hour , when the lady arrived, she had no recollection that anybody was due to arrive at our allocated time.

We also had to remind them after 3 days that the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, or the room cleaned !!!!!!!!!!!!
