“ Very clean accomodation which included a safe and refrigerator in the room. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool which we had to ourselves on some occasions. Great location near to shops and the beach. Just one problem with the solar heated water - some days the shower was only luke warm or cold but there was one day I nearly burnt myself! Will definitely return!
“ Top Tip: Loved all of Matala the people were very friendly but did go to the Cafe Creta Bar in the square a few times. Damoulis does a mean toastie and tequilla sunrise!

The hotel was two buildings, the one we were in was near to the pool. The rooms didn't have a TV or a fridge in the room as stated. There was a shared fridge on the landing which was not ideal as someone left the door open.
Breakfast was good with a large variety of food.
Bottled drinks could be obtained from the poolside taverna but no food other than breakfast.
The owners were very friendly but had limited english so we couldnt address the lack of TV and fridge with them.

Take a torch as it is quite dark if the lights go out (they sometimes do)
