“ We went in early October 2011 and the hotel was very quiet and many of the hotel's facilities were not available. The half board restaurant food was quite good and the Asian a la carte restaurant was very good but unfortunately the Italian restaurant food was absolutely awful. Rooms were good size but the sealant around the bath in every room of our party was very worn and dirty looking.. Most hotel staff were very polite and helpful except for the those in the Spa. There were hardly any therapists at the time of our stay and it was almost impossible to make a booking. The receptionists were both rude and totally unhelpful. Overall, quite a nice hotel, but very quiet and nothing else close by.

Our group found the hotel to be superb. Everything was well maintained and it looked as beautiful as the images on the website. However the one thing that blew us away was the level of service we received from every staff member the entire stay - it was truly excellent.
The food was also really nice. Being in a group we didn't really make use of entertainment so can't comment on that. We had a fab time as did our kids and would return in a second!

Really really pleased with the hotel, it was absolutely excellent.
The room was perfect in every way.
The hotel is exactly as decribed by it's web site.
The hotel is ideal for couples as it's very romantic and the staff will do all they can ensure you get exactly what you want out of your stay.

Top Tip:
Remember to take your snorkel and goggles, the sea is a lovely warm temperature and there is some really great fish and little coves to check out.
Also, keep your eye on the special events board as the hotel runs several themed nights per week, we particularly enjoyed the 'black and white' evening.

Suited to couples - not so mutch for families with young children - very relaxing and no roudy bar noise!
Upstairs rooms are more private than the lower garden rooms
We will be back!!
“ Top Tip: The local village is 25 min walk away but there is a regular land train to take you back and forth. Worth going out for the local seafood and local atmosphere

“ Very modern hotel about 2km from Panormo. Mainly German guests. The staff are excellent very friendly. Don't go here if you want nice food. Choice is poor and kept warm in large tureens with lids. Certainly not what you would expect from this standard of accommodation.
“ Top Tip: Visit Bali and Georgopoli for authentic Greek food and atmosphere

This comfortable, fully renovated hotel has 311 rooms, distributed around 2 main buildings, as well as terraced bungalows. There is also a lobby with reception, a lounge, lifts, a lobby bar, a TV room, a boutique, a jewellery shop, a small shop, an air-conditioned restaurant, an e la carte restaurant, a beach bar, a tropical beach bar, an oriental lounge bar, a theatre stage bar, a conference centre, business centre facilities and a fully equipped medical centre. There is also a playground and a kids' club for younger guests.
“ This is an excellent hotel, we had originally booked 1 week but enjoyed it so much we booked an extra week (cheapest deal through travel republic!) It is a beautifully designed complex, we stayed in the village side across the road rather than the hotel and we found it to be very quiet.
