The beautiful, newly built Sunhine Studios are set in a well kept garden, and located only a 5 minute walk to the resort center, the beautiful sandy beach and ideally located for the bus stops to Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion. This friendly, quiet property makes an ideal choice for families and couples.
Features
The accommodation is split in two separate blocs of two floors each and offers 21 double bedded apartments for 2 - 4 people and twin bedded studios for 2 people, both are equipped with a kitchenette including electric hobs, a kettle and a fridge. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, bright and modern in elegant Greek style. All of them have a spacious balcony or patio with a view to the hotel's green garden, pool area and the mountains. Air conditioning is payable locally and safety deposit boxes are available to rent. There is a swimming pool with children's section, and a pool bar with satellite TV serving breakfast, snacks and refreshments.
The Pool View apartments are located on the first and second floors. Other apartments are located on the ground floor.

Guests to the Almiros Beach Hotel can visit the picturesque town and yacht harbor of Agios Nikolaos 2 km away, with its unique “bottomless lake”, and museum, and lively cosmopolitan nights! Heraklion International Airport is a 69 km from the hotel. Local attractions include the Royal Palace of Knossos, Elounda and the island of Spinalonga, Lasithi Plateau and Chrissi Island.
“ The hotel food was excellent, not an awful lot of choice but excellent quality. Alcoholic drinks were limited on the all inclusive. Not many british people in the hotel although English spoken by most. Hotel position is fantastic right on the edge of the best beach in Agios Nicholaos and the town was easily walkable along the beach.

“ Modern, very comfortable, helpful English speaking staff (nothing too much trouble), excellent breakfast, 2 hour happy hour makes otherwise expensive bar affordable (complementary nuts), geat pool, well located for airport (10 minutes in a taxi at mid day) and easy access to town centre. Only used the restaurant on the last night - very good with complementary drinks.

“ Fantastic location - there are steps to negotiate though. 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants but quiet. Super pool area (no shallow section) with beds. Accomodation is fairly basic but we had good stainless steel pans, a large fridge freezer, a kettle and a functional small cooker.
