Property Summary
The beautiful, newly built Sunhine Studios are set in a well kept garden, and located only a 5 minute walk to the resort center, the beautiful sandy beach and ideally located for the bus stops to Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion. This friendly, quiet property makes an ideal choice for families and couples.
Features
The accommodation is split in two separate blocs of two floors each and offers 21 double bedded apartments for 2 - 4 people and twin bedded studios for 2 people, both are equipped with a kitchenette including electric hobs, a kettle and a fridge. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, bright and modern in elegant Greek style. All of them have a spacious balcony or patio with a view to the hotel's green garden, pool area and the mountains. Air conditioning is payable locally and safety deposit boxes are available to rent. There is a swimming pool with children's section, and a pool bar with satellite TV serving breakfast, snacks and refreshments.
The Pool View apartments are located on the first and second floors. Other apartments are located on the ground floor.

Once a week we offer BBQ with delicious home made Cretan food and traditional Greek and Cretan music.

“ Top Tip: Yannis Golden Heart restaurant- superb food, huge menu, all prepared freshly for you at very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and keen to help you choose tasty food, and Yannis always experimenting with different flavours. Highly recommend it!

“ We stayed in a lovely, clean and well equipt studio appartment that overlooked the pool and was really good value for the money. We stayed the very end of September and it was the last week of the season (26th sept) so was very quiet and lots of places were shut or shutting but if you want a quiet and relaxing time and are not bothered about night life it's the perfect time to go as the weather is great but without the hoards! Both beaches are minutes away as are restaurants, bars and shops so is the perfect location. There is a lovely pool and plenty of space for sunloungers if you can't be bothered to move and the bar is open for food and drinks all day. The owners are nice and rooms cleaned every few days.

If you want night life don't go at the end of september as nothing is really open!

If you got 2 mins to the left of the appartments or 5 minutes to the right two lovely beaches
