This comfortable, fully renovated hotel has 311 rooms, distributed around 2 main buildings, as well as terraced bungalows. There is also a lobby with reception, a lounge, lifts, a lobby bar, a TV room, a boutique, a jewellery shop, a small shop, an air-conditioned restaurant, an e la carte restaurant, a beach bar, a tropical beach bar, an oriental lounge bar, a theatre stage bar, a conference centre, business centre facilities and a fully equipped medical centre. There is also a playground and a kids' club for younger guests.The hotel is situated just 2 km from the centre of Agios Nikolaos, directly on the seafront, in a cove. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.The modern rooms in the main buildings come with a telephone, safety deposit box for hire, a satellite TV, a radio, a fridge, a minibar, individually adjustable air conditioning, an en suite bathroom, WC and a balcony. There are single-occupancy double rooms available, as well as rooms with sea views. Family rooms have a combined living room/ bedroom and a separate bedroom, and are otherwise identical to other rooms.The hotel offers 3 red clay courts, two green set courts, and two hard courts to its guests (2 are floodlit). All courts are situated in an attractive setting in the midst of nature, among olive trees and beautiful gardens, and only a matter of metres from the Mediterranean Sea. There is a gym, a sauna, basketball and volleyball courts, minigolf, extensive water sports, facilities for archery, a pool table, 700 m of private beach, an outdoor swimming pool with children's paddling area and an indoor heated pool, all available to hotel guests. Sun beds and parasols are free of charge by the pool, while an extra charge applies on the beach. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing drink or snack at one of the two poolside bars. Please note that not all facilities are complimentary.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Wish we were still there. We booked a bungalow with a garden view. We were over the road from the actual hotel part but close enough to get to quickly. We were fortunate as our room was on the lower level and right above the pool in the corner. We could walk from the room to the pool in about 15 seconds which was handy. Glad that we went all inclusive which for the difference in cost from half board was a no brainer, drinks are quite expensive so we were glad we went all inclusive. Rooms were cleaned everyday thoroughly, clean towels etc everyday and the staff were very firendly too. Lovely setting, and about 15 mins walk from the town of agios nikolas. A nice walk too with plenty of shops and bars on the way.
Weather was excellent in the 25-30 degree bracket most days and the pool was nice to cool off in.
Food at night was nice, different choices, the mash potatao and other chicken dishes were lovely. And the upstairs bar with the balcony was lovely, cracking views out in to the sea and surrounding areas.
Waitresses very helpful and bubbly and all in all a lovely holiday was had.
Only negative which isnt the hotels fault was the lack of shops close by which didnt sell english newspapers. That impressed on the whole in our 1st visit to crete that we may well go back in September. This time for longer though :)
Really would suggest the all inclusive option and the rooms away from the hotel.

Top Tip:
Cocktail bar called kri kri about 5-10 mins walk away. lovely cocktails and choice.
Also a bar/restaurant in agios nikolas in the harbour, as you go over the bridge its to your right. the 2nd one you come to by the cove. there is always 2 greek males at the entrance trying to get you in to there place. Lovely food and choice, can't remember the name but would strongly recommend it.

It was not a problem for us but there were so many stairs to deal with wherever you went, and we heard alot of older people struggling with this. It should be mentioned in any description of the hotel. The other negative was constant piped music wherever you went in the hotel. Totally unecessary
and very irritating. Otherwise is was very good indeed. Very nice room, good size although split level with marble stairs with nothing to hold onto could have been a problem as I fell down it the first day. Very friendly staff, good buffet food, very spacious pool and beach area , athough hotel was full we never felt we were in a crowded place. Convenient having bus stop outside and taxis waiting to take you as well. Nice tennis courts which we made use of, and table tennis.Overall a very good holiday experience.
“ Top Tip: Walking around the end of the port at Aghios Nicholaious, where the cruise ships are, a 10 minute walk brings you to to a little bay, with a nice beach, bars and restaurants, which has a very nice atmosphere and an alternative to staying in the main part of town.
