“ we went bed and breakfast which is ideal as there are various eating places nearby. the hotel charges are far to high for drinks and snacks they outprize theirselves as the same can be had by walking a few hundred yards at a fraction of their prices.

Great location and an easy walk into town. Service in the hotel was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic - great selection and very filling - set you up for the day!
Loved all the little sunbathing spots along the waters edge with fabulous views out across the bay - so peaceful and relaxing and your own little steps into the water which was crystal clear

Returning to the Minos Beach Hotel was like coming home
My first visit, booked with you ,was on the 23rd August 2011 , was amazing!
I decided to return on 26th as I had been invited to the Baptism of a friend's daughter.
In my experience ,second time around has always been an anti-climax. Not this time !!
The welcome I received was wonderful!!
I am currently juggling my work diary in order to return as soon as possible!
I am yery glad that Travel Republic was recommended to me and will only use your Company to arrange my hotel reservations in the future.

Top Tip:
The Minos Beach ,for me ,is the centre of the ''universe '' for me. A short walk to Agios Nikolaos, a bus/taxi to Elounda, water sports, scuba diving etc.
What more could anyone want?

Beautiful gardens and views. Friendly staff and good food.
Very varied accommodation. The basic bungalows are a bit cramped and dark - much better options available at the hotel.
Pleasant 15 min walk to town with large choice of restaurants.
My only wish is that the pool could be updated from it's current gothic appearance (I'm sure it's clean though): it wasn't inviting.

A high quality hotel with excellent accommodation and helpful staff. Plenty of space for everyone, and the waterside rooms are very special, giving personal seating areas with direct access to the sea. The swimming pool was large, and not heavily used during our stay.
It is a very peaceful location - and suitable for those who want a quiet break with a lot of privacy, or who come as a group.
The flip side of that is that at times it lacked vibrancy, and does not have a particularly sociable atmosphere.

“ Beautiful hotel and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to gong back. Our one concern, and it was not a surprise, is that is was a bit pricy to eat in the hotel. This was not a problem as a 20minute walk away or a 6euro taxi ride there was elounda with a variety of great restaurants.

“ Excellent complex. very clean, well maintained, Staff very helpful and friendly. Beach slightly stoney , but soon learn't where it was easier to access the sea near the hire end of the beach, beautiful clean beach and water was crystal clear.
