The hotel is 35 km away from Chania Airport and 30 km from Souda Port.The hotel's spacious rooms are specially laid out in order to make guests' stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They all have either a veranda or a terrace and a view of the sea or the beautiful hotel garden, and are equipped with: individual air conditioning, a private bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a a satellite TV, a mini fridge and a safe (charged).The hotel offers multiple recreation options, providing all comforts even for the most demanding guests. For those wanting to avoid crowded beaches there are 2 outdoor swimming pools, along with 1 children's pool. Enjoy a variety of soft drinks and cocktails as well as snacks, ice-creams etc. at the snack-bar by the pool, which are offered from morning until late in the evening. For sports enthusiasts in the hotel there is a tennis court, volleyball, table tennis and bocce, as well as a gym with a sauna and Jacuzzi.From Chania Airport just drive westwards in direction to Kolimbari. Rapania village is the next one after Tavronitis.

If you want a quite holiday and no entertainment this is the one.
No sandy beach close by, very pebbly beach only, not ideal for children. Meals were adequate , lots of salads and fresh fruit, but only chips served with all main meals, no roast, boiled or mashed potatoes. Needs more variety. Tea making facilities at the bar area was very poor. Coffee very good,
Free bar very poor in relation to other inclusive holidays that I have had.
But having said that, for the price I paid for this holiday it was good value for the money.

AI resort very luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Staff were really lovely and helpful although very scarce. only 1 person in the Bar and 1 in the restaurant when it was open. No A La Carte facility which was disappointing, food was repetitive. No hairdresser or mini market open as advertised. We did enjoy our stay but would not return.

“ Top Tip: Nothing close by. the village of Kolymbari was nice. We had a hire car and if you wanted to go out and about a must. The village of Elefonissi on the south coast was lovely.

Having booked a Promo room the room we were given exceeded our expectations having both a pool and siew view.
Breakfast was a little on the basic side but still adequate
The bookig process for flights and accommodation was protracted in received several emails ie reqquests followed by confirmations but all ran smoothly
“ Top Tip: In order to keep Beach quiet details are too good to pass onto others

“ Rooms very good, food a bit repetitive. Only shops about 1/2 mile via a rough road. Although another part of Chrispy World is next door but a route through was not allowed by staff. This would cut the distance to a couple of hundred metres. Free safety deposit box and air conditioning was good

Rooms, pool and surroundings very nice. quite a way from the town but that means it's not noisy. Food average but is a buffet so you can choose. Entertainment once a week but bar area busy every night. Beach pebbly but nice. Great for families, excellent value for money, clean and friendly.
Air conditioning is not included, it costs 5 euros per day so add that to your budget

Kolimbari village a few minutes along road has great fish restaurants.
