“ Very disappointed with this hotel. Although it is new and looks good, we found some of the staff (notably the receptionist and barman) unhelpful and disinterested. The food was poor on haf board - a reasonable choice given buffet style but at best luke warm and very greasy. We paid for a sea view suite room, but got a room overlooking wasteland and a busy road with a glimpse of the sea. It could not be called a suite either. it was a standard size and the third person in our group had to sleep on a sofa (not even a pull out sofabed) which was very uncomfortable. We would not recommend

“ The Hotel was ok but it is not 5 star as rated on some websites, maybe 3+*. Food was good with some variety but very basic, the wine was very reasonably priced and of good quality however some of the soft drinks where excessive €3.50 for a bottle of water is too much. The dissapointment was when it came to information available from the Hotel reception about the local attractions, "NOTHING" not a single brochure not even a map as you would get in any hotels in the world and this is because they want to sell you one, in fact they want to sell you everything you even have to pay for the safe storage €15.00 for a week. The staff of the Hotel was very nice, service was good and happy to help.

“ A really good quality hotel. The staff were very friendly, food was excellent. Room did have a side sea view but there is a very busy road in front of the hotel, so although the view of the sea was really good, sitting out on your balcony was a bit noisy. Room had a kitchenette which was handy. Chania only 10 minute drive away and also frequent buses from outside the hotel. Would recomment this hotel

“ The hotel was clean ,advertised as a 5 Star ? no entertainment as they said there was 3 nights a week in the piano bar ,swiming pool was freezing not heated,no spare room for late leavers to use , we were told if we wanted one it would cost £50 ,we had one night off greek dancing they then charged us 30%extra on all drinks to contribute towards it,they dont tell you this until you check out.The outer areas of the swiming pool is dangerous the rear steps are very slipery due to water draining down them,The food was ok plenty to choice from but always look warm the Queing system was rubbish .All the staff were very frendly and the cleaners were great. If any one is staying at this hotel hire a car there are lots off places to visit,
“ Top Tip: There were plenty off tapas bars ect ,No night entertainment ,the beach was not clean and most off the time the red flag flies so you want be doing mutch swimming.
