“ Good selection of Food on offer - something different every day appealing to all tastes. It can at times, get a little warm in the restaurant so some more powerful air conditioning would be welcome. Limited Childrens entertainment (the team were great) but certainly enough for what we were looking for... Quite a few steps for the people in the lower appartments - again fine for us, but elderly guests may find this hard. Staff (Reception) extremely helpful - a very relaxed feel to our stay - which we liked.
“ Top Tip: Nemos Bar down by the beach - very nice! Also the two restaurants down by the beach (sorry I can't remember the names) were wonderful - best steak we have had for a long time! Very welcoming and attentive.

When we arrived they did not have our reservation which caused a delay in check in. We had requested a Bungalow, side sea view and the bungalow they were going to put us in was horrible. We were however moved to a room in the hotel which was perfect.
The hotel was fairly basic and the all inclusive drinks only included local brandy, ouzo, wine and beer. All other spirits were at a charge.
The animation team were terrible, very unorganised. But in general nice location, graet weather etc.

“ It was a very good resort enjoyed by the whole family. The food in the main restaurant was second to none while there were many facilities for people of all ages to indulge in. I will highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a future visit to Crete.
“ Top Tip: The water sports at Agia Pelagia Beach was very good.

“ CLEAN AND TIDY, MOST ROOMS WITH GOOD VIEWS OF THE SEA. STAFF POLITE AND HAPPY TO HELP. PLENTY OF FOOD ALTHOUGH JUST AS ALWAYS WITH ALL INCLUSIVE IT GETS A BIT MONOTINOUS AFTER A WHILE, BUT ON THE WHOLE WE WERE WELL CATERED FOR WIT PLENTY OF CHOICE AT EACH MEAL
“ Top Tip: THERES A QUIETER POOL AT THE TOP END OF THE HOTEL UP AT THE PERGODA BAR. tHE MAIN POOL IS BUSY WITH LOTS OF CHILDRENS ENTERTAINMENT DURING THE DAY. THATS FINE IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT BUT THE TOP POOL IS QUIETER AND NOT SO BUSY AND HAS ITS OWN BAR.
