“ Staff very friendly and helpful! Rooms are good size and bathroom looks new. Maid service was excellent. View wasn't great! but didn’t mind as 2 min walk and you were at the beach! Pools are good size and great facilities nearby. Pool bar was great!! staff were very friendly, and range of A.I drinks were fab! Once checked in you are given a towel card and can get fresh beach towels any time. the food was good and a range of options to suit.

All in all a Fabulous place and would definitely go back!

“ Couldn't really fault this hotel. Triple rooms were spacious, lovely bathrooms. Food selection and variety was excellent. Choice of pools. Evening entertainment was varied and reps weren't pushy. Taverna staff couldn't do enough for you. Reception staff helped with changing a taxi reservation but weren't very friendly. Maid service was excellent. Down side to elderly would be the amount of steps. Apart from the hotel there was little to do nearby but this was perfect for our away from it all 3 day break, we had no intention of walking around so it didn't matter that there wasn't anywhere to walk to.

“ The hotel & surroundings are gorgeous. The room was a little bit small but it was very clean & the bathroom was newly fitted & decorated. The grounds are beautiful & well kept. My children loved the pools & all the adults loved the pool bar. I couldn't fault the food & there was always something for everybody but it did get a bit samey. The staff were very friendly & helpful, their English isn't brilliant but alot better than my Greek. The evening entertainment is poor & difficult to follow as its done in so many languages. There are a lot of steps in the hotel grounds but I'm not very fit & this didnt bother me, but its something to consider if you have difficulty walking or have a pushchair. The hotel is straight on to a beach which provides lots of sun beds & parasols. There is also a water sports hut. We were expecting a horrible beach from other reviews I have read but it was clean & fine as beaches go. The sand is very large grains & its rocky getting in the sea, I suggest buying shoes suitable for swimming. We got a taxi in to Hersonissos (8 euros each way) on 2 nights & found 2 lovely traditional restaurants. They were on a side street off the main strip, the food & service was great. This isn't an English resort, we were told Malia is more English.
