Had an absolutely wonderful week at the Eri Sun Village in Hersonosis, with 2 16 and 1 11 year old boys. The staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times, the room was basic but lacked nothing we needed.
The whole complex was spotlessly clean as were the pools.
The food was fresh and plenty of choices everyday.
I will definately be returning.

“ I have waited a few days to write this review because i thought being home i might be able to be a bit objective about this hotel, but unfortunatley this is not the case. I only say this hotel is sutible for families because of the pools, although they were very danagerous the tiles around the pools were very slippery, we saw lots of people falling over, otherwise i would not bother with this hotel, after waiting a long time for this holiday we were very disappointed with this hotel and its facilites not to mention the disappointment with the food, especially after finding out that they transport it up from their sister hotel at the bottom of the mountian! The food was either cold or just warm and repeated a lot! I could not even begin to tell you how unhelpful and unfriendly some of the staff are, which did spoil it for the staff that were helpful. The toilets around the hotel were not cleaned and very dirty. This has to have been the worst all inclusive holiday we have ever been on. The only 'free' drinks were fizzy drinks, beer, ouzo, wine or raki and then they try and turn off the beer tap at 10.30!when its meant to be on till 11. Be aware that they will try and charge you for everything they can ie remote for the air con, the air con its self, the keys for the safes in your room. Be aware also of the discription of where your room is situated we were surpose to have a pool view room but could only see the tips of the sun parasols. There are lots of steps and a steep hill to get to your room so it is not sutible for anyone with walking difficulties. I would have really loved this holiday if i would have been staying at a different hotel.
“ Top Tip: Please take time to walk down in to the town we found a lovely place to eat called the 'No Name' bar the staff were very friendly and welcoming we ate there for most of the holiday. The villages near are worth avisit too, there are lots of lovely restaurants and small local shops if you are looking for an authentic greek gift to take home.

Very good staff except on pool bar.
Cleaned every day with fresh towels
Tiles around new pool very slippery.
Typical greek built with towel rail and shower head coming away from wall.
Not really a sea veiw but it was not a hike up the hill like some so we did not want to complain.
Self service bars so no queues.
Regular power cuts 6 in 14 days

Hotel was as advertised - on a Hill - Food basic but Plentiful - Beer Ice Cold and on tap when you wanted it.
In general we found the Staff extremely Helpfull and polite, Hotel was nice and rooms cleaned every day and a good size we have no complaints if you like a pool holliday - this fits the bill.
So many brits turning up with young children and then moaning about no entertainment and built on a hill - READ THE BROCHURE
“ Top Tip: Good base to explore and we hired a car from the hire firm at the Hotel-again very helpfull and did not get ripped off
