as for a 5 star as advertised i would dout if this hotel could be classed as a 3star hotel
the food was was awfull, nothing was kept warm as it should have been and we ate out, on our arrival there was no rooms available in the hotel so we had to spend our first night in an anex which was cramped and dirty the following morning we had to pay 40 euros to upgrade our rooms and be allowed to stay in the hotel which we had booked although we did not arive untill 10.15 pm our allinclusive was stopped at 2.00pm on the day of our departure therefore would not recomend this hotel.

Beware the Promo room !!! I had read other holiday reports and e mailed the hotel beforehand to make sure I wasn't going to get shoved in an annex. On arrival I was asked to wait at the bottom of the stairs to see where I was going to be. I ended up in the main hotel in an acceptable room. Air Con was very noisy but it did work. Cleaned daily and beds made. Hotel staff were very nice and for once the bar staff were pleased to serve you with a good variety of all inclusive drinks including certain cocktails. Food was lovely with plenty to go at. It was very laid back in the restaurant and not the usual cattle market that I had seen before on all inclusive. Entertainment was one night only during my weeks stay which was an average female singer but she did give us 2 hours worth. There were always plenty of sunbeds around the two pools and for once no over loud music, just decent music at a low level. Not a great deal to do at the hotel but I really didn't want to do much. Beach was a short 5 minute walk, 3 euro for a sunbed. Overall a decent holiday in an average hotel but it wasn't that expensive so you get what you pay for

Staff very friendly.
Nice room, clean and spacious.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we thought that we were at the wrong hotel. It didnt look how it did in the pictures and it led us to believe that it was on the beach. It was not on the beach, but only a 2minute walk and the hotel was not 5*. Although it was very nice and the food was nice, it was not what was initally thought by either travellers.

Top Tip: New York New York is a lovely cocktail bar on the beach front but it is quite expensive.
