just came back from our holiday (12.09--19.09.2011)and already missed this place!!!,was reading reviews about this hotel before and I was worrying a bit.
BUT: I THINK THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC and
we had a GREAT holiday,hotel is very very nice,rooms and bathrooms are spotless,cleaner was coming every day and doing great job,no problems with clean towels at all,bedlinen was changed( even I think it was not necessary as often as it was).FOOD was GREAT,big selections,we loved most of it! ;) especially sweet things! ;)
STAFF IS VERY POLITE,FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
swimming pool and area were very clean,I agree with some reviews that tiles around the pool are dangerous when they are wet,but if you take care and don"t jump around the pool-----its perfectly SAFE! :)

“ The hotel is very budget end of four star. Its quite sparse in terms of fixtures and fittings. The lighting has very little atmosphere in the public areas. Food was good, drinks are a bit basic - cocktails etc. The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired with broken shower fittings, underwater lights in the pool removed and hanging on the side, broken tiles etc. Just a general feeling that it is tired and needs some care and investment. I would not go back as there are better hotels for the money. On the plus side, the staff are very friendly and motivated and work very hard to entertain and ensure a happy holiday.
“ Top Tip: The Mitsis Laguna Hotel, the sister hotel is in a different league and a five minute walk. I wish I had known as would have paid extra to stay here.

Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a 2-floor main building as well as several multi-level bungalows with a total of 224 rooms of which 214 are double rooms and 10 suites. A spacious foyer welcomes guests into this hotel that features a hire safe facility as well as a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant. A laundry service may be taken advantage of and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities.

“ Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Neptuno Beach, hotel was clean and food and drink plentiful. There's not a lot in the way of entertainment or shops in Ammoudara but we were just happy chilling out. Reception area could do with being a little bigger with more seating as this was the main area that people converged during the evenings.

“ We had a great time away and had private pool and walled garden, however we were unable to use any of the pools as they weren't heated! Staff were very friendly and standard of accommodation was great. The food was average for buffet dining but plenty of choice. No decent beaches close to the hotel so you need to hire a car to get to the better ones.

“ The location was very good, as I enjoy walking. It is about 20 mins to the town, there is a mini bus service from the hotel, once a day. The food was good, although there was not much variety. The all inclusive for house drinks was very limited. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpfull.
