“ This apartment complex is in the Irish part of Piskopiano, where there can be a lot of noise due to late night drinking by our friends across the water. The two pools were too small for the 48 apartments on the small complex. Minimal food offered at the poolside bar, so missing a trick. We had to ask for a room change when we saw the room we'd been allocated, and this wasn't an issue. The new room was better for us. But due to the pool area being very small, and after a couple opf days the water was getting a bit murky, we didn't use the pool, which was a shame as I prefer the pool to the sea. We cooked in quite a few times as the Euro now makes Greece expensive, but the kitchen equipment was minimal, so could have been better. However, for the price, nothing major to complain about.

“ Top Tip: The best beach area was Star Beach, where you need to keep on walking right past the loud music and pools by the beach areas, to the end, where there is a small cove with a taverna and toilet facilities. And a chap who looks after the sunbeds and guests as well as acting as the lifeguard, warning people when to be careful as the waves could get quite rough. Another place to walk to (20 mins) is Old Hersonissos, which is very Greek and much less of a tourist trap. Worth going and eating there as mainly places to eat with a couple of local tourist shops.
