They are equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, and balconies overlooking the front or rear garden areas.There is no restaurant or breakfast room, but the beach promenade down the road offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants to cater for the guests needs.It is a 2 storey building with a very characteristic roof and balconies and a peach, yellow and white colour scheme that you can't miss.This is a family run, clean, quiet and affordable accommodation suitable for short or longer stays, with a unique village character where the guests will live as locals for a few days, which is what Cretan hospitality is about (09/08 EP)Facilities

“ Hotel was comfortable and pleasant with one exception. There was no cleaning done in all the two weeks we were there. If we wanted any rubbish emptied etc we had to do it ourselves.
“ Top Tip: Four excellent tavernas within 200 metres of the hotel. Our favourite was the Medusa. We have been going to Kalives for a number of years and would recommend all these tavernas.

“ This place is not to bad but do not let the people who run it put two couples in the same room, all be it a family room.It is not nice to go to the toilet through some ones bedroom and have no where to hang clothes as their was only one wardroom, and to share the same kitchen.This was not a nice start to our stay though they did sort it out in the end; my friends moved rooms three times and us twice.

“ We have stayed at this hotel previously and loved it, the location is great and the accomodation is basic buut good. However this year it had changed hands and we were a bit disappointed that it didn't seem as clean as before. The towels and beds were only changed once a week whereas before they were changed every 2 or 3 days.
“ Top Tip: We loved the Mistrali restaurant on the beach.
