Villa Kassandra Hotel

“ we had a lovely stay at villa Kassandra, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony views overlooking the olive groves with sea and mountains in the background, beautiful!!
The cooking facilities are adequate if you plan on eating at home, with plenty of pans, plates and cutlery, a 2 ring hob and a convection oven.
there is a lovely pool area which includes a children's pool, which was cleaned every day
The apartments are owned by Pedros and Veronica who are a lovely couple, they go out of there way to make sure you have a great time, they are very friendly and make you very welcome. Veronica generously gave us some of her homemade olive oil, tomato's lemons etc all grown in their gardens- delicious.

“ Top Tip: Istron has a good choice of tavernas, I would recommend Chrisambelos on the main road, it is recently renovated so is very airy and modern inside, it is spotlessly clean, with an open kitchen so you can easily see your food being prepared, fantastic views from the patio. Giorgio is very welcoming and very funny, his mother Maria and wife Mariana make the best Greek food I've ever tasted and father Yannis grows all the vegetables, catches the fish and makes the Rakki, all served fresh to your plate, what more can you ask, oh very reasonable prices too!
if you are a caffeine addict like me, try Smile cafe, located just next to the pharmacy, the best cappuccino outside of Rome!
