Studios sleep 2 or 3 whilst the 1 bedroomed apartments sleep 3 with a single bed in the kitchen area. Enjoy time with your fellow holiday makers around the pool surrounded by sun terrace and stay cool with drinks and snacks from the bar.
Location
300 metres from the centre of Malia, with a taverna and supermarket close by, and a pleasant 20 minute walk from the beach. 7 or 8 minutes walk brings you to the centre of Malia where you'll find all the nightlife you could need.

Had a fantastic time in Malia and would definitely go back, although probably not back to this hotel. I would describe the hotel as 'basic'. It provides beds/kitchen area/bathroom etc but that's about it. Was only provided with 1 toilet roll, 1 towel each (which wasn't changed) and the room was not cleaned either throughout our time here. The pool is open from 9am-7pm but the pool bar is opened whenever the owners feel like it - so i wouldn't rely on it!
Location-wise this hotel is perfect - a 5 minute walk from the strip/restaurants and about 15 minutes from the beach!

Top Tip:
We went to eat at the Dolphin Bar on the beach and then for 5 euros each they gave us use of the sunbeds outside their bar for our entire week holiday - definitely worth it if you intend to go to the beach on more than one occasion!

“ Top Tip: all the nightlife was amazing out there! but make sure you go to sticky fingers for some amazinggg bbq ribs :)

“ The hotel was dirty, in the 12 days we stayed there they did not clean our room once or change towels bed sheets or anything else. When we asked at reception for replacement toilet rolls and bin bags as they had only provided us with one of each we were told we had to provide our own. Our passports were taken from us on arrival and upon check out when we wanted them back we were told we had to pay 15 euros each to get our passports back, as our flight was leaving in a couple of hours we had no choice but to pay the 15 euros to recieve our passports back. This hotel is a scam and I would recommend you remove this hotel from your website before more people have there holidays ruined by this hotel.
“ Top Tip: For a bar to drink in during the daytime I would recommend Zoo bar as this is the freindliest and nicest bar in Malia. And for clubbing at night time I would recommend cloud 9 and Club Bananna

Sterling Apartments is located in the resort of Malia right opposite Alexander Beach. The centre of Malia, where most of the bars and discotheques are located, is 3km from the property and that makes it ideal for young people visiting the island and requiring simple accommodation with the additional advantage of the location.

Real Palace is a beautiful, newly built hotel on the outskirts of Malia Old Village, all enclosed with traditionally built Greek walls. The views from this hotel are magnificent over looking both the mountains and the sea. The Bar area has its own terrace with comfortable chairs and tables for guests to relax in during the day or the night and large TV showing sports. Also there is an eating area where guests can sample the delights of the menu. The rooms are clean and spacious and have either 2 or 3 beds, kitchenette, bathroom and either balcony or terrace with views over the sea or the pool. The front of the hotel is terraced with a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and fountain. Around the pool there are sun beds and sun umbrellas and plenty of lush green grass, for fun and games. The apartments are suitable for singles, couples and small groups of friends looking for good value accommodation in a quieter area of Malia but within walking distance of the lively bar and club area.

If you want an unforgettable holiday, the Happy Days Studios provides everything you need in sunny Crete. Happy Days is famous as a friendly, party hotel and a great reason for this is the Staff. This is a fun hotel, where you can come to the bar anytime. They are always up for a laugh. Heraklion Airport is 34 km from the hotel. Local Tips: Guests to the Happy Days Studios can discover marvellous beaches and sleepy villages along with a wide array of shops, restaurants, traditional tavernas and 'ouzerias', as well as lively nightlife and attractions in Malia and nearby Hersonissos town.
“ The hotel was near the village shops and main strip which was convenient. The rooms were basic but fine to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms weren't cleaned for six days. The hotel staff where horrible and took money at every opportunity. Won't go in to too much detail, as I'm trying not to be too 'personal', but will never stay there again.
