I did like hotel but not a big fan of food because as a vegetarian there was not enough of choices but my boyfriend loved it.
Service was good and polite. Rooms cleaned everyday and sheets changed daily.
Beach and sourrandings are beautiful and looks like paradise.
Drinks in all inclusive absolutly minimum.

“ The hotel was great, very good food and location. The only thing I did not like was the fact we had to pay for sunbeds on the hotel's beach and that the towels were not changed even once over five days we spent in the hotel.

I was extremely disappointed that upon check in we were given a twin room not a double as booked! When I asked to change I was told there was nothing available & to check the following morning as "I'm only the night staff"
The following morning when I inquired about a double room the receptionist had the cheek to insist that what I had been given was a double room. For the record I don't believe a room with two single beds constitutes a double!
We were however given a double later that morning.
I did not complain further as I wanted to enjoy my holiday but the extract fan to the bathroom was not working, the bedspread looked as if it had seen better days & for the first time in my life I was told the towels are only changed every three days. Unbelievable!

“ we had a fabulous time here the staff were very friendly and welcoming the room was lovely and it was right on the beach front. We really enjoyed being just outside the town of malia but easily close enough to walk into town when we chose to. We will definately be back again.
“ Top Tip: There was loads to do inside and outside the hotel. There is also loads to do for all ages within easy distance from the hotel. With regards to eating the hotel put on fabulous varieties of food but for traditional Cretan food you cant beat the San Giorgio restaurant in old town malia which is a lovely 30 min walk

The hotel consists of a main building and 6 bungalow buildings spread throughout the lush gardens, and has 134 rooms altogether. The main building features a friendly reception area, an elegant lobby, a dining room with a veranda overlooking the pool and a main bar. In addition, there are 2 lifts, and a free parking lot for guests, along with a children's playground and a small supermarket.

The hotel is located in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, very close to the picturesque harbour area with its many restaurants and bars. The entrance is reached either via steep steps from the coastal road or a side street. The basic rooms are rather small but kept very clean and functional. Some rooms to the front of the hotel have spectacular sea views, particularly those on high floors. Bathrooms are again basic but kept in good condition. This is a modern, imposing building overlooking the main town. Although very simply furnished and decorated, the hotel occupies an excellent location in the centre of town. Ideal for those looking for an economical base with easy access to the nightlife and shopping of Agios Nikolaos. Ideally located, Iris beach offers the best base for those wanting to seek what Malia is all about and yet it is built in a quiet residential area with most of the units having sea view. Relax by the pool bar or in the main bar of the hotel called Oscars with excellent food during the day and delicious cocktails at night. The property consists of 19 Units: 10 Apartments & 9 Studios all with refrigerator, direct dial telephone, private bath with shower, balconies or terraces, kettle, safety deposit boxes (extra charge), A/C(extra charge) and cooking rings. The excellent combination of a hotel by the beach, with the excitement of Malia, the city that never sleeps, the finest quality of our food and drinks, our friendly staff and the familiar atmosphere from nikos and maria the owners, of our hotel promises you the ideal holidays.
“ I have been staying at these appartments for the past 5 years and this has been the worse year, the bathroom area was not great. We had 3 of us living in the room and anytime we used the water it was meyhem, water was everywhere.

Aegean sky is the place to be for those who enjoy living life to the full. The friendly staff will guarantee an enjoyable and lively holiday atmosphere. Our hotel is located in the centre of Malia. It is just off the beach road (strip) where all the bars, clubs, restaurants and shops can be found. The Old Village of Malia is a 5 minute walk where anyone can enjoy traditional Greek cuisine and music. The beach is at the end of the Malia Strip a 25 minute walk from our complex.
