“ This hotel is fabulous and is very family orientated. They cannot do enough for children of all ages and the food in the hotel is of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

An exellent 5* hotel with all the service you would expect to go with that... All of the resort staff were excellent and very eager to please (yes even the restuarant waiters) however there were very many trainees just arrived who although trying very hard still had alot to learn and we had the feeling that they were traning on us as it was the start of the season.
This is an excellent hotel for parents of toddlers as the suites allow them to go to bed while you relax in the living area or balcony. One bad point were the occasional steps that were a hassle with buggys.
It was fantastic to have English trained childcare on site. They were all lovely and our little boy enjoyed his sessions there. They also provide a great babysitting service in the evenings but get booked up well in advance.
The greatest measure of this resort is the number of guests I met who had been there many times before and kept coming back.

Top Tip:
As there are no tour reps with TR, find out what is going on from other reps and guests.
There are free boat trips every day from the marina at 10am (3hours) and 7pm (30mins) but we only found out by chance as nobody told us about them.
