Our room was booked as aside sea view. The room was actually a basement room and the only way the sea could be seen was by standing on the patio (that was smaller than all the others) and angling round approx 30 degrees.
The "hotel" is part of a complex in which holidayers at the SILOS Aprtments can use the same facilitites, not exclusive as described.
The hotel is actually, reception and breakfast area then 2 blocks of rooms, so cooking facilities in rooms other than kettle and fridge. Pool bar offers v.limited range of food.
Staff very good, very helpful and generous.
Overall I was disppointed with the "hotel" it bills itself as something it is not quite. I would like to know what the criertia for 4 * is, as it does not equate to mine.

Top Tip:
Lassi is becoming quite commercialised and having visited many times in th epast but not for 3 years I would not recommend Lassi for anyone looking for a more Greek experience. The food in many of the restaurant is bland, poor European fare that can be found nearly anyplace.
If going to Thalassa Hotel ask for rooms 1st or 2nd Floor
