Apartment complex, surrounded by 12.000 sq. m of gardens, situated away from the bustling town of Kos. Located on the west side of the Kos Town, 20 minutes from Kos Airport, a short walk from the nearest bars and restaurants, and the town centre and fishing harbour, and 200 m to the closest mini market. The complex has a reception with safe deposit boxes for rent, swimming pool, children’s pool, bar and a range of sports facilities such as mini football court, volley court, table tennis etc. All apartments are equipped with A/C (local charge), kitchenette, bath/shower and terrace.
“ Just returned from having spent two wonderful weeks at these apartments. These have recently been refurbished and we believe that they are making more improvments for next year. The hosts, Mary and Sakis, together with Katerina made our stay relaxed, so much so that we felt we were home from home.

This hotel, enclosed by lovely gardens, is placed on a quiet location, not far from the city centre, about 15 minutes-walk from Kos city centre. It is close to restaurant and bar areas and shopping sites. Lambi Beach is reachable within walking distance, approximately 900 m away and the International Airport of Kos is around 28 km from the apartments.
“ Exactly how it was discribed on the internet. The most welcoming family ive ever know they certainly know how to make you feel welcome, very clean, good value for money i would of happily paid more to stay here, i will without a doubt be going back .

The facilities and services include 24 h reception with safe service (with extra charge), TV room, internet service, bar, restaurant, outdoor pool, children´s pool, sun terrace with a pool bar and gardens. The hotel also offers a games room with table tennis, darts and billiards (with extra charge), as well as occasional animation program. All rooms are equipped with A/C, TV (both with extra charge), balcony, telephone, mini fridge (on request and subject to availability) and bathroom with bathtub/shower and hair dryer. **Air conditioning is working from June to September with extra charge.** The property has parking facilities.
“ The staff at the family owned hotel were magificent with myself and my friends. Everybody was very helpful, especially when teaching me basic Greek (I should extend that they were also very patient with this!) and were very friendly indeed.

“ Excellent hotel. Great rooms, staff, food and facilities for all age ranges and tastes. Very clean. Lots to do. Beach next to and at next resort not amazing but lovely south of the island. Not usually a hotel holiday person but very impressed with this one.
